Accidental Nap (If That Is Even A Nap)

It’s 2.46 a.m.

I’m on the bed right now with hubby snoring beside me, but I just can’t sleep. I accidentally took a looooong nap (not sure if that’s considered as nap tho because it was long and not during the day), from 6-ish this evening, until 11.15 p.m.!! Hubby woke me up 3 times but failed. Okay, why does it sound so familiar? Owh! Because I’ve done it before (refer to this entry)!

How did it happen again? Okay, actually, after school, we went for lunch at Pt.Bakar and straight after that, we went to Wetex Parade to hang out before collecting my old Vaio Pink that I sent for service weeks ago. Then, we went to Jalan Junid to take a look at our new house that is still in progress. When we got home, hubby went out again to play badminton with his colleagues. I was bored so I played with my nail colours that I bought at Wetex earlier, since I’m in that time of the month right now. This is the result of my nails by the way. Haha. I am soooo bad at manicure.

I wanted them to dry faster, so I went into the bedroom, switched on the fan, lied on the bed and waited for it to dry. Tau2 je dah 11.45 p.m.! Hubby balik bila pon x sedar.. Huhu. That’s why I am here right now, blogging.

Hi there (whoever that are still awake)! I’m back! But, still without a new Macbook (referring to this). I’m online using hubby’s desktop. I’m here, right now, at this very hour, because……………

Well, I can’t sleep. Here’s why. I was watching TV around 6 something, and I guess I accidentally fell asleep. Not just that, I later turned myself into a dead log until 11.45p.m. CRAZY! Hubby said he woke me up five times already but to no avail. ARGH! What is wrong with me? Hubby’s now sleeping like a normal person (of course) and I am so alone right now.

My world is now upside down. Should I stay awake until morning?

Haih. My extra weekend is almost ever. Need to wake up early tomorrow. Funny everything I wake up, I wish one of my colleagues will give a text message saying ‘No school today. Bangunan sekolah runtuh.’ or ‘Emy, jangan pegi sekolah. Bahaya tadi ada ular besar kat sekolah.’ Is it funny? More to mean actually. If the school building does really collapse, kesian budak2 nk belajar kat mane? But those awful thoughts will be washed away as the cold water from the shower refreshes my body. Time mengantuk paksa bangun memanglah macam2 kau fikir.

This post is gonna be random. I have a lot to write until I don’t know what to begin with. Actually, I have prepared a draft on my Singapore vacation last year. Long story short, when I was almost done writing it (only a few last sentences), I clicked on ‘save draft’ and everything had gone. Wtf. Now, I don’t have the mood to write it again. For now.

A Boring Sunday

I am hungry, but I can’t eat just yet. I’m waiting for my husband to get back from wherever place that he has to be right now, to get home, so then we can have lunch (late lunch) together. I’m cooking mixed vegetables, and also roasted chicken with coconut cream, with sambal. They are still in the oven actually, so I’m waiting for that to get really cooked too.

The chicken before I put them in a oven. It's a recipe from my mom. I've never tried this, and I dont even know if I do it the right way. But it does smell good!

Hm.. I started my day today eating chocolate cake that I baked yesterday with some ice-cream, and watching Gossip Girl Season 4. I finished the whole season already, and kinda bored now. That’s why I’m blogging. Owh, I just changed my layout. Do you like it? Lately, I’m starting to like (again) the colour that I used to like, PINK. Like what Steven Tyler from Aerosmith said, “Pink is a colour of passion.” Obviously, I watch American Idol. Haha
